Processing of personal data when visiting the website
If you contact us via a form on the website or by e-mail, your Information will be stored with us for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions for six months. We don’t pass your personal data to third party without your explicit assent which may be cancelled at any time.

Processing of access data
When you visit our website, we store the access data in so-called web server log files. We collect the following data from you:

– Source or reference from which you came to the site
– Browser used

– Used IP address
We evaluate these log file records anonymously in order to further improve our offer and make it more user-friendly, to find and fix bugs faster and to control server capacities.
Online appointment reservation
We would like to point out that for the purpose of the easier reservation process, the website operator stored in the context of cookies the IP data of the user.
In addition, for the purpose of processing the contract, the following data is stored with us:
– Name
– E-mail address
– Password
– Phone number
– Appointment reservation data
The data you provide is required to collect an appointment. Without this data, we will not be able to arrange the appointment with you.
Data is not transmitted to third parties.
Once the appointment has been terminated, the dates of the appointment will be deleted.
In the event of an appointment, all data from the appointment will be stored for 7 years.
Data processing takes place on the basis of the statutory provisions of paragraph 96 (3) TKG and article 6 paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for fulfillment of the contract) of the GDPR.
